Oil on canvas, 93 х 62 cm, (2000)
Work was exposed in 2002 at the Regional annual exhibition of young artists "White Holiday ";
And in 2003 - at an exhibition "Difference of additions" in Kirov, Russia.
A little history of creation.
I wanted to create a new portrait especially for the exhibition "White Holiday".
The idea has arisen completely casually.
I had seen a little girl in the bus. I saw her once over lightly, but I remembered her face and I wanted to create portrait of this girl.
The posture, hands and her eyes reminds me of one of the portrait by Russian artist Serebryakova Z.
I only know her name - Nastya. She was in the bus with her parents.
A face and posture was painted from memory.
So this work was created as reminiscence by Serebryakova's painting.
